Balance is a personal tool to help you track your subscriptions and see what they cost. It gives you a unified view of your recurring memberships, renewal dates, and projected annual spending so you can budget mindfully and stay in control.

When you create an account on Balance, you agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share your login credentials with others.
• Take full responsibility for the accuracy of any subscription details, amounts, and renewal dates you record.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Totals and renewal dates are calculated directly from what you enter. If an entered subscription price, billing cycle, or renewal date is inaccurate, the calculated projections will reflect that.

Any currency conversions provided in the app are approximate estimates intended solely for personal budgeting and planning purposes, not formal accounting, tax, or financial advice.

Currency conversions use European Central Bank reference rates, updated on working days, or placeholder rates where a live rate isn't available. Converted totals are estimates and may differ from the amounts your bank or card provider charges.

The Pro plan is an optional monthly subscription that helps support server costs, live exchange rates, and email renewal notifications.

Pro includes live exchange rates for currency conversion. Free accounts use the rates shown in the app.

We will give at least 30 days' advance notice before any price changes take effect on your Pro subscription. You may cancel your Pro membership at any time without cancellation penalties.

To ensure Balance remains fast, dependable, and secure for everyone, you agree not to:

• Abuse the service or intentionally attempt to overload or disrupt our systems.
• Attempt to access, compromise, or inspect other users' accounts or private data.
• Use automated scrapers, crawlers, or extraction tools to query or copy content from Balance.

Balance is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it accurate, secure, and available, but we're not liable for missed renewals, banking overdrafts, or budget shortfalls.

Balance is an assistive personal tracking aid and is not a provider of banking, financial, legal, or investment advisory services.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. When significant revisions are introduced, we will update the “Last updated” date below.
