How refunds work for Balance Pro.
Eligibility and timeframe
Balance Pro is a monthly subscription. You can request a refund within 7 days of any Pro charge.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid back to your original payment method through PayFast, usually within 5 business days of approval.
Recent charges and cancellations
Refunds apply to the most recent charge only. If you've already used Pro for that period and want to stop future charges, see the Cancellation Policy.
Free accounts
Free accounts are free and never charged, so there's nothing to refund.
